At UpgradeToLED, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we make the return and exchange process simple and straightforward.
You may request a return within 30 days of purchase by contacting us at 706-380-2070 or support@upgradetoled.com.
Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return label to download and print.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange in line with our policies. Refunds are usually issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
All returned products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
A 15% restocking fee applies to returns that are missing original packaging or are not in new condition.
We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please request an RMA when arranging the exchange. A replacement item will be shipped once your return has been received and inspected.
