Description

UpgradeToLED 6" LED Retrofit Downlight Kit is a simple way to upgrade existing recessed can lighting to efficient LED technology. The 15W fixture produces 1200 lumens and offers five selectable color temperatures: 2700K, 3000K, 4000K, 5000K, and 6500K.

The included E26 screw-base adapter connects directly to a standard socket and allows the retrofit kit to fit compatible 4", 5", and 6" recessed housings. Its 90+ CRI provides excellent color rendering, while the wide beam angle delivers bright and even illumination.

The 120V TRIAC dimmable driver supports dimming down to approximately 5% and is compatible with many major dimmer brands. The white baffle/smooth trim provides a clean, updated appearance without replacing the existing recessed housing.

Easy Retrofit Installation

Designed to upgrade existing recessed can housings without replacing the entire fixture.

  1. Turn off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker.

  2. Screw the E26 adapter into the existing socket.

  3. Connect the adapter to the fixture.

  4. Compress the spring clips and push the fixture into the existing housing.

  5. Release the clips and push the fixture until it sits flush with the ceiling.

  6. Restore power and test the light.
