The UpgradeToLED 80W Explosion Proof Low Bay LED Light is engineered to deliver safe, dependable, and energy-efficient illumination in hazardous and demanding industrial environments. Producing 10,400 lumens with an efficiency of 130 lumens per watt, this explosion-proof fixture provides bright 5000K daylight white illumination while replacing traditional 250W–350W Metal Halide (MH) and High Pressure Sodium (HPS) fixtures, significantly reducing energy and maintenance costs.

Designed for hazardous locations, the fixture is certified for Class I Division 2 Groups A, B, C & D, Class II Division 2 Groups F & G, and Class III environments. Constructed with a corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminum housing, impact-resistant tempered glass lens, and an IP66-rated enclosure, it provides outstanding protection against dust, water, corrosion, vibration, and harsh industrial conditions.

Powered by a premium Mean Well LED driver with 6KV surge protection and premium Lumileds LEDs, this fixture delivers stable performance with a rated lifespan exceeding 50,000 hours. Multiple mounting options—including ceiling, wall, U-bracket, drop, and pole mounting—provide exceptional installation flexibility for hazardous industrial facilities.
